If you require help please follow these simple guidlines to ensure a better service to u all.
1.If the problem is Forum related i.e passwords / displaying fonts etc etc etc please check through previous peoples posts in this section to see if your question has already been answered before.
2. Please DO NOT use the private message system on this board for help related issues (unless asked to do so by a moderator) . For other users benefit it helps if all problems are posted on the board as it is quite possible that someone else has had your problem and can help , or they may have your problem in the future and will be able to see how to fix it.
3. Please do not multiple post (scroll) the same help messages as this will invariably end up with your query not being answered and your posts being deleted.
4.Please supply as much info as possible so that we can effectively resolve any issues you may have.
5. If you have a PC problem please tell us your OS (operating system i.e Windows 98 or Windows XP) and as much information as physically possible regarding your problem.
6. I will be shortly making a FAQ (frequently asked questions) list , please check that out first before posting a request . You never know the answer may be in there.
7. Above all please be patient , the Moderators are doing this voluntarily , lets keep it polite

Thanks for that info Bird...I didn`t realise it was a number personal to me.I assumed it was a general notice for learners like me from N.Z.,never realised only I could see it.Like I have said before,I learn something new with each visit.Must fly now, gotta find out what IP stands for. All the best......... lol.
