Hi I tried to access the announcements board, but it says I'm not allowed to. Is this right?

Do you mean the place on the Main Menu that's marked:
Announcements
Place for Admin and Mods to post announcements
Erm, isn't that just for Administrators and Moderators?

That is supposed to be so anyone can read but only mods and admins can post,can you check again and tell me plz?
