[shadow=Teal,left,300]30 Minute Burgers[/shadow] 2 oz Suet 1/4 tsp salt 4 oz Self Raising Flour Water to mix 4 Beefburgers (Frozen will do) [shadow=Teal,left,300]__________________________________________________________[/shadow] 1. Mix the suet, salt and flour to a pastry consistency with the water. 2. Roll out to approximately 1/4" thickness. 3. Cut into 6" x 6" squares (larger if you have large burgers), place one burger into the centre of each square and wrap edges over, pressing down to seal. 4. Place in a oven preheated to 425°F, 200°C, Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes. Alternative suggestion Before wrapping the pastry around the burger, place a slice of cheese onto each burger. Note: Dumplings for stews are the same (without the burgers), just pop into the stew 30 minutes before the end of cooking
